Located in Timișoara, Pop’s is synonymous with quality ingredients, uniqueness, and a meticulous attention to detail. We worked together to transform a culinary concept into a vibrant, impossible-to-ignore brand that leaves a powerful impression on every visitor.
While the local food scene is diverse, authentic smashburgers remained a rare find in Timișoara. Pop’s needed to enter the market not just as another burger joint, but as a bold, American-inspired destination that speaks the language of a younger, trend-conscious generation. The challenge was to balance a flashy, colorful aesthetic with a message of culinary authority—proving that behind the high-energy visuals was a product defined by superior taste and technique.
Our process began with a deep-dive strategy workshop to carve out a unique position in the competitive fast-casual landscape. We anchored the brand in a high-octane “Born to Smash” tagline that captures the rebellious spirit of the brand, paired with the strategic motto “Crusta Face Gustul” (The taste is in the crust). This motto was specifically designed to highlight the rich, flavorful, and slightly caramelized beef patty that defines a true smashburger. By infusing this strategy into every material, we ensured that Pop’s stood for a specific, craveable quality rather than just a trendy look.
From the logo and packaging to the menus and interior design, we rethought every aspect to create a cohesive brand universe. We utilized a high-contrast palette of electric blues and “signal” reds, paired with bold typography to demand attention across all touchpoints. The brand comes to life through custom-designed burger wraps, patterned bags, and uniforms that turn every customer into a brand ambassador. This design expertise extended to the digital menu boards and interior signage, where the “Born to Smash” attitude is baked into the environment, creating an immersive, authentic atmosphere.
The result is a brand that is as punchy as its flavors. Pop’s has successfully established itself as a premier smashburger destination, boasting an identity that is both authentic and impossible to ignore.
