We engineered a premium brand identity and 360 marketing strategy to launch Romania's "next generation business hub".
Timișoara was in the midst of a real estate expansion, and the office market was fiercely competitive. Every developer was vying for top-tier tenants. Vox Technology Park wasn’t just another building; it was a unique concept in the country: an ultra-modern space specifically designed to become an employee retention factor for tech companies.
Our challenge was to cut through the market noise. We needed to build a premium brand from scratch that would communicate this vision and generate substantial demand before the building was even completed. Our role was to act as a dedicated, full-service external marketing and branding department.
We approached the project with our core philosophy: brand strategy infused every single asset and action. We began by defining the project’s DNA, positioning Vox not just as office space, but as a “business hub of the future.” This foundational idea generated the tagline: “The next generation business hub”.
From this strategic foundation, our extended design expertise translated the concept of futurism and excellence into a complete visual identity. Next, we designed and developed the presentation website. Here, our design and development teams collaborated to balance the corporate style. We used custom illustrations to make it more accessible and implemented dynamic web elements to visually communicate the brand’s values: evolution and technology.
The strategy culminated in orchestrating the launch event. Leveraging our deep marketing and PR expertise, we managed a complex event for over 200 business leaders, turning a simple presentation into a memorable brand experience.
