Arad’s hospitality market presented a unique opportunity: it was demanding but underserved in the true luxury, 5-star boutique segment. The challenge for Grant Hotel Boutique wasn’t just to open its doors; it was to create a destination brand from scratch.
They needed an identity that could instantly communicate 5-star quality, justify a premium price point, and capture their distinct “artsy, classical, and comfortable” soul. This new brand had to be flawlessly executed across every guest touchpoint—from the name on the building to the digital click of a first-time booking—to build trust and attract a discerning clientele from day one.
Our strategy was built on a single, powerful premise: infuse the brand’s core strategy into every single asset. This wasn’t just a design job; it was an exercise in complete brand architecture, ensuring the 5-star promise was coherent at every touchpoint.
We began at the very beginning with foundational branding. Our team led the naming process, ultimately selecting “Grant” to evoke elegance, quality, and a sense of prestige. Following this, we developed the core messaging that would define the guest experience. We positioned the hotel not merely as a place to stay, but as a destination—an “artsy haven” and a “classical escape” built on a foundation of “uncompromising service.”
This core strategic message then became the guiding blueprint for our extended design expertise. Our creative team was tasked with translating the “artsy, classical, comfortable” ethos into a tangible visual and physical identity. This comprehensive design work was twofold. For physical touchpoints, we crafted elegant, intuitive indoor signage and premium brochures that physically reinforced the 5-star promise. For the digital experience, we built a bespoke website designed to function as an immersive gallery, showcasing the hotel’s unique atmosphere through high-end design, intuitive UX, and compelling strategic copy.
With the brand fully built, our large-scale marketing expertise was deployed for the launch. Our digital marketing team took the lead, designing and managing a multi-channel campaign to build immediate awareness and drive bookings. We leveraged targeted Social Media campaigns to showcase the hotel’s unique aesthetic and luxury appeal, while high-intent Google and Facebook Ads campaigns were used to capture travelers actively searching for premium accommodation in Arad.
